The VTLA Criminal Justice Conference has a tradition of hosting three local prosecutors to speak each year. This year, the conference selected all three candidates who have been practicing law for over 20 years. “We were thrilled with the number of nominations we received this year,” said Eric Calvillo, President-Elect of VTLA’s Board Members. “It is always an honor to have such qualified individuals apply.” This event will be held on April 19th at Tulane University in New Orleans from 12:00pm – 11:30 pm and tickets are $25 per person or free if you register by March 15th. The speakers include Cynthia Prejean Broussard (District Attorney), Elizabeth Donovan (Assistant District Attorney)
